Beijing- Russian foreign minister, Sergey Lavrov, to visit China on April 8 and 9. He is scheduled to hold talks with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi. As the Russian Foreign Ministry reported on the eve of the visit, the ministers will discuss a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation and interaction in the international arena, including work in the UN, BRICS, SCO, G20, APEC and other multilateral mechanisms and forums.
They are also expected to exchange views on a number of hot topics and regional issues, including the situation in Ukraine and the Asia-Pacific region, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
